Andy has been working with his friends at Centrul Creștin Brașov (CCB) for some 20 years and they are essential partners with WayMaker in that Nation.
There have been many successful projects and essential support given to CCB from other charities Andy is on the senior leadership of, namely ChristCentral and Lifespring. Now WayMaker joins those organisations in making a way where there is no way.
Ukrainian Refugee Centre
At the moment WayMaker, with these other charities, into help CCB repurpose a huge part of their building, turning much of it into a centre for refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Most of the capital expenditure has been covered, the MASSIVE expense now is the ongoing costs of utilities, food and water for the 50+ refugees being housed there. Right now (1/9/22) those costs are £7,500/month.
