WAYMAKER
AFRICA
WayMaker International UK operates through WayMaker Limited, a registered NGO in Zambia. We are legally incorporated as a Private Company Limited by Guarantee (Company No. 120220043543) and officially recognised by the Zambia Revenue Authority as a Public Benefit Organisation (Charty). This status enables us to serve with transparency and accountability across the nation, bringing hope and lasting change to communities in need.
Our Directors
Our Chief Executive Officer, Andy Robinson, provides leadership remotely from the UK, while day-to-day operations are led by our Chief Operations Officer, Goodson Kaluba, who is based in Zambia and employed full-time by the organisation. To all intents and purposes, Goodson is WayMaker Africa on the ground, overseeing projects, managing teams, and making vision a reality.
We are also privileged to have Dr Joseph Mwila offer apostolic and spiritual oversight, bringing wisdom, encouragement, and accountability to all we do.

There are several meaningful ways you can partner with us:
1. Give (Donate)
Your donations help us drill boreholes, build schools, feed children, and support local communities. You can give a one-off gift or set up a monthly donation to provide ongoing support where it’s needed most.
2. Sponsor a Child (Donate)
We currently have children waiting for education sponsorship. Your monthly gift can open the door to a brighter future for a child and their family.
3. Pray
We deeply value prayer. Please stand with us as we serve in challenging environments, trusting God to open doors, bring favour, and transform lives.
4. Share
Spread the word about WayMaker Africa. Whether it’s through social media, your church, or a fundraising event, your voice helps extend our reach.
5. Volunteer or Fundraise (Contact)
We’d love to explore ways you can get practically involved, from hosting a fundraiser to joining a trip or serving through your skills.

Our projects are developed in partnership with trusted local leaders and communities where we have long-term relationships and accountability structures in place.
However, we’re always open to exploring new partnerships where there is alignment in vision, values, and strategy. If you have a project you believe fits within our mission, please feel free to get in touch and tell us more.

Absolutely! We love it when people want to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
Depending on your skills and availability, there are opportunities to serve in Zambia, Tanzania, or Kenya as part of our growing team. We’re especially grateful for:
Long-term teaching placements (one term or more)
Roles for teachers and teaching assistants
One-year positions in our term-time educational homes
Short-term mission trips
If you’re passionate about what we do and want to explore how you could serve, just get in touch, we’d love to chat.
